What we stand for

What defines us – and the rules that uphold it day to day.

We follow orders, procedure and rules. Order in the field decides whether an operation succeeds or ends in chaos.

We play as a team. New members are welcomed, briefed and taken seriously – from recruit to general.

Failures are part of it. We review them, train further and try again.

We combine realism with respect: fair cooperation, clean communication and ownership of your role.
